Technology enables us to exchange information all around the globe.
Cooperation is thus facilitated on various levels (e.g.:in the areas of science, economy, politics, social commitment, fight against crime as well as delinquency itself).
Economical and political actions influence the world of finance (development of prices, stock exchange, financial crises…) on a global scale.
Exploitation and destruction of natural habitats greatly affect the climate around the world and the basis of our own existence as well as that of future generations.
War, poverty and discrimination will lead to migratory movements all over the world in the future, too.
Poverty has therefore reached a global dimension, which already is or will be perceptible soon in each and every country around the world.
Thus, it is high time to think about the reasons for injustice and poverty in our own country as well as in other countries.

Sometimes they have to do with the political and/or economical leaders of a country,
and sometimes they are due to the behaviour and approach to life of consumers in certain parts of the population…

Questions to be asked when thinking about a motive for acting responsibly:
In which areas is it possible for me to contribute to a better world and to more justice?
Can I take account for the fact that I live a life of abundance compared to other people who have to fight every day to barely survive?
Can I take the responsibility to buy at companies that fly in the face of human rights and take utmost advantage of natural resources?
How do I treat people who have become victims of poverty and injustice? Do I add with my behaviour to more discrimination or do I speak up together with them for the acknowledgement of their basic rights and their human dignity?
